Have developers on the same team who never seem to see eye-to-eye? Solved it.Throughout my adult life I have gained a very diverse set of experiences. Whether supporting high-volume manufacturing software 24x7, owning my own fitness business, being a full-time mom to two special needs daughters, or re-entering the technology industry after 12 years, I have encountered issues that many of my peers have not. I use everything I have learned to conquer the challenges I am confronted with at Pendo as a Director of Engineering, where I build high-performing teams solving complex customer problems.At the heart of all this, I am a strong, independent woman raising two strong, independent women. I am a results-driven leader who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
