I am a highly motivated Learning and Development professional with experience in many facets of adult and child learning. My experience consists of working in various functions centered around learning, including as a Math Teacher, Learning Specialist and Group Facilitator.My role working as a Group Facilitator and Supervisor provided me with the opportunity to engage in Human Resources functions including performance management, recruitment, training and employee relations. Since gaining that experience I have continued to find innovative ways to include Human Resources functions in each role that I hold. Working in Education has also enhanced my passion for creating learning opportunities for others. At this time, I would like to blend my HR experience and passion for delivering training in a company that is focused on the development of their employee population. I am passionate about improving organizations’ people strategy through effective talent management and training and development!
