Main Tasks:Technical and commercial project management

Engineering:- Responsible for both Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering (leading white-collar managers for respectively 13 and 6 employees). The two separate departments design, calculate and prepare technical drawings and documentation which forms the basis for the assembly in the inhouse production and the construction of semi-finish goods produced at sub-suppliers.Production Support:- Responsible for Pressure Test (leading blue-collar manager for 8 employees). Pressure test is the process of testing strength and leak rate of the mechanical assembly of pipes and components. This is an important part of the CE approval and overall quality assurance. - Responsible for Production Engineering, PTA (immediate white-collar manager for 3 employees). The Production Engineers provide technical support on both manufacturing processes and end-product to the production departments. Furthermore, they optimize manufacturing processes and technologies within the production. Main tasks:- Leadership (motivation, communication, facilitation, resource allocation, setting objectives and follow-up), ensuring quality assurance and effective processes, project management of own deliveries, and driving continues improvement.

Overall responsible for managing and developing the area of machine maintenanceand facility management to ensure a stable and efficient production.Tasks:- Manager for internal technicians. Ongoing development of the departmentand employees – motivation, competencies, quality, attitudes, and behaviour.- Project management - production equipment, optimizations in the production, technical installations, and facilities.- Technical support to the production and Production Engineers. Among other things, facilitate root cause investigations and manage implementation of corrective actions.- Budget responsible – both operating budget and investment budget.- Negotiate and develop contracts with subcontractors and overall responsible forwork carried out by subcontractors.- Ensure legislation compliance - environment, working environment, and statutoryinspections.- Contact with Danish authorities - the Working Environment Authority, thePolice, the Fire Service, the Municipality, etc.Learnings:- Strengthened leadership skills - motivating and leading others. Tasks:- Project Management - specification, purchase and implementation of new machinery at the Danish production site as well as transfer of existing machinery and production processes to production sites in Poland and China.- Preparation of Capital Expenditures.- Business case analysis - e.g. profitability calculations to compare cost of production at different production sites and scenarios.- Preparation of CAD/CAM programs and ERP Master Data for new products.- Technical support in Operations.Learnings: - Experience with transferring machinery and productions abroad.- Experience with Project Management across subsidiaries.- Experienced user of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and CANEA ONE Project.- Basic CAD/CAM programming - among others Solid Works and Universal Robots.- Know-how about Formed in Place Foam Gasket and Water Jet Cutting processes and machinery in respect to converting foam and rubber.
