- As a member of the Citibank Account Mangement Team, I served as the liaison between Live Nation's Citibank client and various box offices nationwide. Ensuring the success of the Citi Cardmember Offers program by maintaining quality control for all Citi offers. - Created and maintained Citi offer timing for any artist or tour that was not already a part.

• Built, maintained, and closed shows on Ticketmaster/Live Nation ticketing systems for all of the Live Nation promoted concerts in Southern California.
• Worked closely with booking, marketing and artist management to ensure all ticketing needs were accomodated.
• Operated and managed the box office on event nights, including all aspects of ticketing, staffing, settlement and customer service issues.
• Assisted the Director of Ticketing with coordination, management and training of the ticketing staff.

• Coordinated initiatives between national clients and Ticketmaster's field staff. Specifically VIP Ticketing, Presales, Auctions, TicketExchange, and Platinum Tickets.
• Facilitated multiple training sessions for Event Programming and Client Services staff including a two-week training program in London for Ticketmaster's European staff.
• Provided operational guidance and support to the Music Services team, Tour Marketing team and the field staff.

• Maintained and developed Ticketmaster’s relationships with House of Blues, Clear Channel Entertainment, The Cleveland Browns, The Cleveland Indians, and other local clients.
• Supported Ticketmaster’s product initiatives including Event Submission Tool, AccessManager, Classic Ticketmaster, ReportPro and eEntry.
• Provided marketing and operational support, and assisted in staff training during the successful installation of the House of Blues in Cleveland.
