I have a strong urge to help people to work smarter and thus become more efficient. My primary strengths are in systems development, programming, data and process analysis. The past ten years I have been working in Adobe Campaign improving the efficiency of email marketing. I’m thorough in my work and pay attention to details in all phases of systems development. The data sources comprised 7 different ticket systems from which I extracted data, transformed and loaded it into a SQL Server automatically daily. Once loaded I consolidated the data into a reporting database from which the reports drew their data automatically on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The system automatically generated more than 13,000 reports every month, most of those using Crystal Reports and Excel VBA. I created the code to automatically generate and update the web site every night providing access to the reports.I produced documentation for servers and processes transitioned into CSC from a large customer. I ended up automating generation of backup schedule documentation from configuration extracts using Excel VBA.
