Jens Mellbye is Managing Director, NES Advantage Solutions with operations in Norway, UK, US, Brazil and Malaysia managing global accounts and the managed services. NES Advantage Solutions is part of the NES Fircroft group of companies, the world’s leading engineering staffing provider. Experience from providing the skilled engineers and technical workforce needed to deliver the energy and supporting our clients as they transition themselves to operate as net zero emissions energy businesses and transformations within a dynamic energy sector. Jens joined Aker Solutions in 2008 as VP within the Corporate BD and M&A Group working on strategic projects and transactions across Aker Solutions. In 2010, Jens was appointed MD of Aker Advantage, growing and professionalising the business. In 2013, Jens was appointed Head of HR Solutions enabling the transformation of the HR function and establishing the global HR shared services.In 2005, Jens joined Siemens and worked within the BD function focusing on streamlining and divesting business activities. In 2007, Jens became VP of the offshore oil and gas division with the integration of the new O&G division worldwide.From 1999 Jens worked as management consultant at Innovation Strategy Consulting, (Quartz+Co, today Bain & Co), developing recommendations to clients incl. Siemens, managing teams, and maintaining client relationships.Jens joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1996 within the Finance function in Norway with an assignment in Almaty, Kazakhstan for the establishment of a Coca-Cola office in 1998.Mr. Mellbye has an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and License en sciences économiques et sociales from Université de Fribourg.
