Part of the Executive Management Group.Responsible for the "Lending" business unit and also the AML-unit.The business unit provides danish SME-companies in all industries at all stages with funding.Leader of a diverse team of 12 leaders and a total number of 125 FTE located in 8 cities around Denmark.Responsible for developing and executing strategy for the business unit. Main focus for the unit is on contributing to sustainable growth in Denmark incl. Greenland and Faroe Islands.The unit has a dialogue with 2.000+ SME-companies every year with almost 50% ending up in a funding solution.As head of the unit I am a sponsor on some of the key accounts and act as a coach to my team of leaders and the key account managers in business- or risk related matters on the most complex cases.I am part of the credit comitee, who approves (most) credit applications and am also responsible for presenting the largest cases to the board of Vækstfonden.Participates at meetings in the Risk Comitee, who handles the most complex overall risk and compliance issues. Every solution is arranged in partnerships with investors, business angels, P/E funds, V/C funds, debt funds and banks. As head of the unit I run relations on a management level with our partners.I have an on going contact with media and do a number of presentations for partners, business networks and other stakeholders.Achievements:* Successfull development of organization from 40 FTE in 2016 to 125 FTE in 2022.* Portfolio from 1.500 companies in 2016 to 3.500 in 2022.* Total volume from 3 bn DKK in 2016 to 10 bn DKK in 2022.* Positive earnings every year. H1 2022 EBT contribution +250 mDKK.* Strong employee satisfaction and loyalty.In addition we developed a funding aid programme wich provided more than 1.500 companies suffering from the COVID-19 consequences with more than 10 bn DKK during COVID-19.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for the largest corporate clients in Southern, Western and Mid Zealand and Lolland-Falster. Location: Ringsted.• 1 out of 7 in the Region Management Group. Colleagues in the region: 400.Achievements:• Successful merger of 4 Corporate Banking teams into 1.• Implementation of strong sales and credit processes (risk management) of the lowest rated portfolio of corporate clients in DK.• Customer and employee satisfaction above Nordea average.

Responsibilities:• Head of 4 branches (Naestved as the largest) with a total amount of 16,000 household clients and 400 small and medium corporate clients in the area around Naestved.• Head of a management team with 4 team leaders.• Responsible for an advisory board of 12 representatives of business/industry, cultural life or schools and education.Achievements:• Successful merger of 4 branches into 1 from 2006 to 2010.• Before the financial crisis Nordea raised from a position as an almost forgotten market player in 2003 to the preferred major bank in 2007 among 14 market players in the area.• Growth in the number of customers significantly above Nordea average.• Tripling the financial result and 150% increase in the total business we did with our customers.• Customer and employee satisfaction above Nordea average.
