Hello, I'm Jens.As an experienced advisor, I have been helping companies, managers and teams for over a decade to make themselves and their organizations fit for the future. My approach is based on the tools and scientific findings of behavioral economics and behavioral design. My insight: it's the HOW that counts!My focus is on the areas of transformation & change, leadership & culture and strategy & innovation. I gained my experience at FehrAdvice & Partners, a leading boutique consultancy in the field of experimental behavioral economics consulting in Zurich. There I had the opportunity to help set up the second office in Vienna.Today I work with a variety of national and international companies and organizations. My activities include giving keynotes, sparring with leadership teams, designing and moderating workshops and offsites as well as teaching at universities (HSG: “Transformation & Leadership”, IMC: “Human Centered Innovation”) and in continuing education programs (e.g. co-teaching “Agile Leadership & Transformation”).I am also a passionate advocate for more curiosity and Zukunftslust ("a passion for the future") in companies, society and politics (Ministerium für Neugier und Zukunftslust). I deeply believe in solving challenges together, love to share knowledge and experience, inspire people and laugh together.
