As a consultant, I specialize in helping organizations improve their operations and drive growth. I work closely with clients to identify challenges, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies that align with their business goals. Assignments includes:- Project Owner / BA at Swedbank, driving transformation within instant payments. The initiative involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with industry regulations and market demands.- Product Strategist at Zimpler, a Swedish fintech company providing payment services using modern technology such as Open Banking and instant A2A payments. Responsible for developing and executing the innovation strategy, leading and supporting cross-functional teams, and engaging with external stakeholders and partners. I also leveraged my knowledge and network in the payments ecosystem to advise and consult on various policy and regulatory issues, such as the EU Retail Payments Strategy, PSD2 and Open Finance. - Senior Advisor for SweFintech Association - as a Senior Advisor I supported the Secretary General and the board on fintech related policy areas. Focus areas incl. the Swedish payments inquiry, EU retail payments strategy, PSD2 and RTS implementation, PSD3 and Open Finance.

Member of the Sveriges Riksbank's CBDC advisory forum (e-krona dialogforum). The forum aims to gather knowledge and information from market participants who can help the Riksbank in its work on designing a sustainable ecosystem for the e-krona.

In this position I engaged with the board and members to ensure the common interest of Fintechs in different policy areas, mainly related to the EU Retail Payments Strategy. I was elected Board Member and joined the Executive Committee of the European Third Party Provider Association (ETPPA) in March 2021. The ETPPA is the European trade association of Fintechs. The members of ETPPA share a common vision and a commitment to Open Banking and support the adoption of Fintech services.

As a Payments Strategy Expert I ensured that Trustly’s interests and comprehensive experience was taken into account when defining the future of Open Banking and PSD3 as well as when the industry leads the way to Open Finance in different market driven approaches. I delivered key insights and intelligence that played a key role in Trustly’s positioning, expansion and strategy. In addition, I held various positions of trust such as Board member and part of the Executive Committee at the ETPPA as well as part of various external working groups that defined the future of Open Banking and Open Finance. I was also Trustly’s representative in the Swedish Fintech Association (SweFintech) as well as the Swedish API forum.

As a Product Lead (Director) I was responsible for all Trustly’s Open Banking integrations in Europe. Main responsibilities included defining the product roadmap and making sure the product meets the strategic goals of the company. I head up a team of 15 people consisting of Product Owners and Product Analysts in our offices in Stockholm and Lisbon. I was part of setting up and scaling Trustly’s tech- and product hub in Lisbon,Portugal. I was also an integral part of Trustly’s expansion to Australia.

As a member of the EPC multi-stakeholder group (MSG) I defined a scheme and rulebook together with other market participants. The rulebook covers key elements and business requirements of a scheme in the Open Banking & Finance space. The scheme goes beyond the PSD2 baseline to include value-add (premium) services. The MSG was created in September 2021 and took on the work from the Euro Retail Payments Board (ERPB) WG on SEPA API that I joined in May 2021.

As a member of the EBA (European Banking Authority) API working group I represented the fintech side in questions arising from the EU wide implementation of PSD2. The WG is chaired by the EBA and composed of representatives from a variety of external stakeholders, which the EBA, the national authorities, the European Commission and the European Central Bank consults to identify issues that emerge as the industry adopts to Open Banking.

As a Project Owner I was the main responsible for key projects in the payments area for the bank. This included the implementation and launch of Swish as well as PSD2 (compliance project) and Open Banking with an opportunity driven agenda. My responsibilities also included project commission during the implementation projects, defining business requirements and leading the group of people working with the projects on a sprint basis.

At Bankgirot I was a Product Manager for 3,5 years as well as a Product Specialist for 3 years. As a Product Manager I was responsible for the SWIFT connectivity of Bankgirot and its clients (banks and other financial institutions). My main responsibilities as Product Manager was product strategy, positioning and roadmap.

As a Product Specialist I specialized in Bankgirot’s clearing and settlement systems. Both instant settlement system (BiR) as well as batch settlement towards the Swedish Central Bank settlementsystem (RIX).

During my time at Blueberry Lifestyle (now 'Colorfield') I was responsible for e-commerce and POS systems and related processes. This includes; launching and management of Blueberry Lifestyle's e-commerce offering, setting up POS hardware, sourcing of POS terminals, and relationships with banks for card processing purposes.
