Adopting the Forest School child-led pedagogy, we provide children with a holistic education experience that nurtures their social skills, emotional well-being, self esteem, resilience, creative thinking and physical development. Our sessions are conducted in nature where children are positively motivated to be active and learn. We instill independence by allowing children to make decisions and do things by themselves. Coaches adopt a scaffolding approach where we create a safe space for children to explore. Coaches then stand back to observe and intervene only with probing questions that seek to open their way of thinking. Through this way children are empowered, learn to take risk, discover what their strengths are and trust their instincts.
