Project: Al Hilal Bank, Abu Dhabi, UAEFull time on-site construction administration of a 24 story office tower (942,000 sf) in Abu Dhabi's financial district. Production of contract documents, contractor and consultant coordination, shop drawing review, technical and aesthetic mock-up review, submittal review, site supervision and quality control reviews.

Project: Rosewood Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAEFull time on-site construction administration of a 30 story (1,099,000 sf) luxury, mixed-use development in Abu Dhabi's new financial district. The complex included a five-star 189-room Rosewood hotel, 131 serviced apartments, banquet facilities, meeting facilities, spa, fitness center, retail space, restaurants, and parking. The residential component of the building would also serve as an additional residence for the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities included site supervision, coordination with contractor/consultants, mock-up review, factory fabrication inspections, technical and aesthetic review of construction and submittal review.Punch listing of curtain wall, landscaping, door and ironmongery, access control, vertical transportation, signage, kitchens and water features. Completion of construction was followed by a year of handover and post occupancy evaluation through the defects liability period.
