CurrentTeam: Ambulatory - MGB Medical Group- Supporting alongside Ambulatory Team in upgrades and providing education and materials to end users as they progress through their day to day workflow. Supporting Go-Live dates ranging from system transitions, routine elbow support, or system updates. - Conducting personalization labs to guide new Medical/Surgical providers through the personalization and set up of Epic before starting in the clinic.- Providing support to several practices by managing priority based tickets, service level agreements, and requests through ServiceNow ticketing software. Managing requests during normal business hours & on-call after hours.- Educating users on applications: Haiku, Canto, Nuance Dragon Medical One, Okta Verify E-Prescribing Controlled Substances Authentication Processes
