I am involved in several projects. One of them entails constructing a Chemical Storage Facility for CMS, which is a PEB structure standing at a height of 14m and designed to be explosion-proof. Another project involves transforming a warehouse located within Jabel Ali Freezone into a Tobacco Manufacturing facility, utilizing a hot rolled steel structure measuring 13M. Additionally, I am overseeing the development of a Staff Accommodation Building with a capacity to accommodate 900 residents, spanning across four floors. Moreover, there is a luxurious Villa project underway in Dubai Hills, featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and cinemas. Furthermore, I am currently engaged in the construction of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, encompassing research and development areas, utility services, storage spaces, and offices, covering a total build-up area of 12,900 sqm. Another ongoing endeavor involves establishing a Food Storage and Baking Facility for Master Bakers, with a built-up area of 15,000 sqm. Lastly, I am overseeing a Restoration Project that involves restoring a tobacco storage facility within a 22m high steel structure.

I was responsible for overseeing project direction, including engineering, construction, planning, scheduling, and execution. This involved creating action plans, forecasting budgets and timelines, and reporting deviations. I closely monitored project activities, placing a strong emphasis on quality, specifications, and schedule adherence. Additionally, I developed master schedules and provided regular progress reports.One of my key responsibilities was ensuring quality and cost control throughout the projects. I focused on executing tasks within designated timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. This required effective coordination with stakeholders, prioritizing safety measures, and implementing cost-effective operations. I also analyzed client requirements, estimated project costs, and maintained positive client relationships by managing project approvals and delivering timely status updates. It was crucial to ensure that contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors aligned with the project objectives. Effective invoice management and maintaining a consistent cash flow were vital aspects of my responsibilities. I also focused on comprehensive reporting and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in team management and collaboration. This involved tasks such as staffing, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews. Safety at the worksite was a top priority, and I conducted regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and established standards.

During my tenure at AAQ Contracting, I collaborated closely with a diverse range of professionals, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities, to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability in my projects. I consistently prioritized these aspects, efficiently managing conflicting priorities and multiple tasks to ensure timely project completion. By clearly defining goals, preparing detailed plans, setting deadlines, and closely monitoring progress, I effectively managed project timelines.As part of my core responsibilities, I meticulously verified build drawings and oversaw the construction process across multiple phases. My experience encompasses working extensively with steel structures and overseeing all aspects related to warehouse development. Notably, I autonomously managed the construction of warehouses for esteemed clients such as Comparts Corporations, Signtrade International, and Triburg Freight Services, demonstrating my ability to handle complex construction projects.In my role as a Site Engineer with NEBOSH IGC certification, I actively focused on reducing the environmental impact of my projects. By ensuring the efficient utilization of resources and implementing proper planning and estimation techniques, I successfully minimized material wastage. Moreover, I achieved notable results by enhancing the waste management system and fostering greater cooperation among ground teams through various awareness programs.
