Operations Manager with 18 years of experience. Starting out in surgical practices, I grew within the practices at an early age taking on practice operations. In 2014, I set out on a new venture on a referral to Commercial Construction. Being able to apply my management experience, despite not having worked in this industry before, I became very successful after restructuring business practices and increasing profitability. In 2017, I took a break to address unavoidable family matters. Back to work in 2021, I found my way to being a Business Director at an Assisted Living. After 4 months, I was covering other departments in the absence of their directors (Culinary-2 months and Maintenance-3 months). During this experience I found it very rewarding and decided to obtain my Assisted Living Management License. After a little over a year as a Business Director-Assisted Living Manager, I decided to move on and manage my own building. Now an Executive Director for Assisted Living Communities, it has been absolutely wonderful and instant gratification knowing I am helping Residents, Families and Staff and making the difference!
