I started my career as a developer, but quickly realized what I loved was solving bigger picture problems. I thrive when I’m collaborating on solutions, designing repeatable processes and challenging the status quo.I am extremely flexible. I bring a start-up approach and a growth mindset to my work. I’m the person that welcomes a challenge, and over and over in my career I’ve been tapped to start new functions, often with an undefined role and limited guidance. From the ground up, I’ve built new organizational capabilities, defined responsibilities and hired teams to support delivering corporate goals through standardized operating models. I trust my judgment, but rely on data to back it up and help drive decision making. This makes me a respected advisor to the C-suite, tried and true partner to senior management, and fierce advocate for my end users. I am a change agent. I use surveys and active listening campaigns to gather real-time feedback to evolve and continuously improve processes. I embrace all forms of communication, but I believe in right-sizing it.
