Employed in Energinet's digital innovation department, where I have been involved in projects related to the use of synthetic data, standardisation, and new ways of integrating information domains through technologies such as ontologies and semantic models. I have served as a technical advisor for Energinet in the Danish utility digitalization program, providing guidance at all levels. Additionally, I have been one of the driving forces in testing anonymization methods for smart meter data, to be able to publish this in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Employed as a technical expert and business developer, where I quickly took on the technical responsibility for working with the vision of how Energinet can benefit from utilizing the EU's innovation area, Data Spaces. During this work, I focused particularly on data governance and security issues. Additionally, I have participated in a number of initiatives, including working on the confidentiality of time series data, delivering public presentations on the use and dissemination of utility data with a focus on confidentiality, privacy security, and risk identification. Furthermore, I have been an active participant in advocacy within the digitalization of the Danish energy sector in relation to Danish and international authorities as well as interest organizations.

During my Ph.D., titled: “Software Tools for Privacy Control in Publication of Cyber-Physical Data”, I created tools for identifying privacy challenges when sharing data. Published scientific papers on open data, data sharing, privacy risk, and data anonymization. I also supervised several student projects on the bachelor, and was a instruktor of a bachelor course.

Working on research projects with software development which includes coding with technologies like Android, Arduino, and handling of sensor data. Furthermore, have I collaborated with researchers to update an older Java-based system.

The project investigated how personal services can be provided to a customer who shops both in the physical and electronic Store. The project used Bluetooth-based sensors to make indoor positioning. This data stream was combined with data delivered from the online business to provide personal services to the individual customers.

During my employment, I among other things developed a dynamic calendar view of meeting data from an Exchange server and implemented a new .NET based login system in an older web interface. Developed a redesign of business-critical software client. Coding call library for converting of PowerPoint presentations to images or movies. Advised in several other developments and server infrastructure projects. I made the primary research and proof of concept for a new low-power display type.
