Supporting Report and Data Analytics for the Tool Rental and Repair team, I utilize SQL Server and Access VBA to create custom report for the Analyst and Management. Created an Access 2010 distributed database application to replace the manual claims processing reporting by the manager of the Warranty team. The application replace the warranty coordinators manual excel spreadsheets and automated the reporting of the associated claim data, as well as data from other data sources, including IBM DB2, Access and SQL Server. This process replaced or reproduced 7 reports and reduced the manager's time spent creating the reports from over 8 hours a week to 15 minutes. Created an Access 2010 application for a weekly and daily scorecard report. The report pulled data from multiple text files, SQL Server and IBM DB2 tables into a central database. The data was merged together in a one page summary report with over 40 metrics from 14 data sources. Performed ad-hoc reporting requests using T-SQL. Assisted teammates in learning T- SQL and writing their own queries.
