My work at F&P saw me taking on a wide range of OD activity and projects to enhance individual and organisational growth and performance. From leading a Talent Identification and Development project to designing and running leadership development programmes to designing capability planning systems, and more - this was a role of depth and breadth that gave me an amazing opportunity to build deep expertise in OD.

L&D Consultant in a highly regarded HR team supporting the IT department (GIS) and Group Support Functions, including Finance and Legal teams. Advised on and coordinated Learning and Development needs of staff, including training needs analysis, providing one-on-one guidance to staff and design and delivery of learning initiatives. Engaging external training suppliers to develop bespoke workshops as part of the management development programme. Involved in a number of successful projects including implementation of Management Development Centres and re-design of employee induction programme.

Provided customer focused support for the organisation, delivery and evaluation of all staff development activities and advising staff on development opportunities to best suits their needs.

Within a large central HR department, responsible for a wide range of HR activities and projects, including employment contracts, advertising, policy advice and reference checking. Coordinated recruitment within a large portfolio, checking accuracy of information and ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and University policies. Principal advisor and administrator for Parental Leave within the University.
