Hi ! I am Jente.... Born as an entrepreneur, looking at things in an innovative way, exploring opportunities and taking human and sustainable aspects into account is part of my view of life. My role is therefore to support you to identify, develop and launch sustainable new business opportunities with my company 'SiMMiT - Your Partner In Innovation'. I guide you in the field of innovation management, agile market validation, design thinking, creative processes, trend implementation, project management.Beside the fact that I started my own business in October 2019, I’m also working as a Knowledge Transfer Advisor for Futures Research at the Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel (Kenniscentrum Open Time / Applied Futures Research). I have a lot of ambition, I am goal-oriented, hard working and very perfectionistic. I’m a ‘directing reformer’ according to the Insight Discovery test. I seek purpose and meaning from most working situations. I work to see ideas and systems translated into realities & I am a good problem solver. Sinds 2016 I'm the operator of Multi Skillz Waasland, together with Nick Maes. We provide sport sessions through play, practice & personal coaching to let grow proficient life-skilled 360 degrees athletes.
