Jennifer manages and oversees creative aspects of a varied array of projects at Eyecon Advertising and provides a unique combination of skills to add to the Eyecon Team. In addition to more traditional CD responsibilities, she also provides makeup, styling and image consulting for video and commercial shoots through her own well known company, Lip Service Makeup. She also manages our social media and website content, and assists with script and copywriting.

Jennifer managed several business opportunities under the umbrella of RH Investments. For each, her responsibilities include varying degrees of day to day operations, event planning, financials, project management, brand creation/development, as well as PR/Marketing. Projects included PR and Marketing for Check the Light Before You Bite, a healthy eating program in DISD schools, including press releases, strategy, and content creation. Another key project involved logo and brand development and PR/Marketing strategies for the launch of Montana Hitch, a specialized after-market auto accessory. In this role, she was responsible for creating content for the brand website, all social media, and all marketing materials, including overseeing production of a full-scale marketing video start to finish - script writing, location scouting, directing, editing and voiceover work. In addition, she frequently contributed marketing related articles for various publications, as well as writing a monthly blog for a national auto industry magazine.

Jennifer held the position of Regional Director of Program Services (Southwest Region) for the Make A Wish Foundation of North Texas, one of the largest Make A Wish chapters in the nation. She was responsible for planning, organizing and implementing between 70-100 wish experiences annually in a 19 county area, roughly 700 over her tenure at MAW. This included research and a multitude of project management tasks....generally anything required to make a magical wish experience a reality! Wishes can consist of trips, gifts, celebrity meet and greets, as well as wishes "to be", such as " I wish to be a princess for the day". Wishes are granted with the assistance of hundreds of Wish Granting volunteers who donate their time and help form personal relationships with each wish child and their families. Jennifer taught a 4 hour Wish Granter training course held every quarter, and was responsible for continously training and mentoring volunteers during the wish process. She developed and maintained the Southwest Region's Medical Outreach program at Cook Children's to increase awareness and promote the relationship between the foundation and our medical referral sources. Other responsiblities included managing/coordinating wish family events, training and mentoring several interns yearly, assisting/participating in regional and chapter events and fundraisers, and recruiting donors and volunteers from the community. She is currently still an active wish granting volunteer with the organization.

Jennifer managed a bistro-type single concept restaurant, including ordering supplies, accounting, hiring/managing staff, HR tasks, and assisting with PR and Marketing. She consulted and helped open a 2nd, larger location of the same concept, including all staffing and HR tasks, training, assisting with menu and marketing, etc. and all GM duties once concept was launched.

Inside Sales and Account management for 15 mil account, Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Responsibilities included providing coordinating and managing the clients' complete safety program including fall protection, gas detection, safety glasses, Hazmat products, etc. Her team was responsible for all aspects of customer care, including ordering, problem resolution, training, annual product selction, vendor relationships, etc. This position involved extensive training and ongoing education in the areas of high-level customer service, Hazmat protection, Ergonomics, Fall Protection, etc.
