Regional Coordinator - Workplace Crimes, Western Region, Wage & Hour Division
The Western Region of the Wage and Hour Division covers eight states and three U.S. territories. I make recommendations to certify immigrant victims of labor crimes and human trafficking who are applying for U and/or T Nonimmigrant Status. I work with low-wage immigrant workers in various industries; partner with federal, state and local civil and criminal law enforcement agencies to combat labor-related criminal activity and trafficking. I provide technical trainings, outreach efforts, MCLEs related to human trafficking, labor exploitation, T and U visas.Former Lead, Northern California Regional Network, White House Initiative on Asian Americans Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders (WHIAANHPI) / Connecting local AANHPI communities to federal resources.
