Leveraging 14 years of experience and education in the fields of public health, communications, and business development to support people and organizations in the following areas:-Health and Wellness content creation, editorial work, and subject matter expertise;-Innovative health program development, execution and evaluation;-Social media marketing, storytelling, and virtual community creation; and,-Individual and group health coaching.

-Advocated for policy and systems changes to build a healthy community for all residents; developed strong relationships with elected officials; served as media contact, leveraging 250+ earned media hits; oversaw organizational communications, website development and maintenance of a strong social media presence with a network of 2,800+.-Led on-going funding campaign and grant development, totaling over $1.2M and including a $330,000 CDC grant; responsible for budget management and timely reporting to key stakeholders; and, built and maintained a strong, mission-driven Board of Directors.-Provided strategic direction and talent management for 6 staff and numerous interns across 4 areas: Active Community, Healthy Food System, Community Engagement, and Shared Measurement; oversaw program development, implementation and evaluation; and, collaborated to develop population-level measurement strategies.

-Planned, implemented and evaluated Community Health Improvement Plan; provided technical assistance around population-based public health science and practice; coordinated community health coalition; and, completed deliverables and managed budget for chronic disease prevention grants awarded by the state totaling $63,000.-Maintained coalition and division websites; and, participated in public health division leadership committees on strategic planning, accreditation and quality improvement.

-Provided a safe, secure and nurturing environment for 28 low-income school-aged children; and, created lesson plans to promote positive social and behavioral outcomes.-Designed and conducted program development assessment for community families.

-Collaborated on a 2 year World Bank grant to increase access to adequate sanitation in Bolivia; and, conducted presentations on the global water crisis at local schools.-Designed data collection tools and protocol; conducted ethical considerations training; performed data management and analysis; provided technical assistance in-country; and, served as the only bilingual member of the project team - translated conference calls, correspondence, and reports between from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.

-Prioritized and completed steps necessary to facilitate program; and, coordinated travel logistics for international constituents involved in program. -Acted as host while guests were at headquarters; and, conducted follow-up with guests after return to Country Offices.

-Identified and remedied medical billing problems through accurate coding and charge entry; processed insurance claims by electronic data interchange; and, organized accounts receivable.-Trained staff to efficiently manage patient accounts; and, developed departmental standards.
