Former Division I Athlete who returned to the athletic community as a professional to share skills, experience and expertise in athlete and leadership development through coaching, conditioning, motivational techniques and training. Mentored youth on the opportunities in collegiate athletics. Progressed on in my career path to partner my passion for coaching and employee development as a Software Trainer for JT Career Training Center and Staffing Agency. Currently re-entering the workforce after pausing my career to be an at-home parent and active volunteer. My career interests include Business Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Strategic Planning, Academic Advising, Recruiting,Training and Employee Development with the long term goal of returning to school to obtain a Masters Degree in Organizational Communications.Specialties: Communications, mentoring and career coaching, sales and marketing of software training for employee development, recruitment, networking, strategic planning, basic bilingual communication skills in Spanish, expertise in athlete and leadership development, goal setting, motivation, mental toughness training, perseverance and time management.
