Better’s loan origination engine accounts for thousands of federal, state and local regulations, and the mortgage closing team was tasked with facilitating a smooth, error-free closing experience.

- Aligned Lucidchart’s key strategic features into one cohesive platform that enables modular component development, drove key feature use 120%, and ensures long-term product standardization.- Pioneered lightweight new rapid testing and iteration methodologies in response to constrainedresourcing and tight deadlines.

- Developed and drove buy-in to migrate eight separate scrum teams to a new, standardized platform amidst active development.- Identified team member aspirations and guided progress to drive maximum team output and fulfillment. Mentored aspiring PMs internally.

Led the multi-disciplinary team that built the technical infrastructure, integrations and visualizations that today constitute much of Lucidchart’s “Visual Reasoning Engine.”- Presented Lucidchart’s newly minted Visual Reasoning Engine and long-term vision at key events both external (Lucid’s largest-yet conference) and internal (company-wide retreat).- Built new data visualization feature as a scalable platform. As soon as the MVP was complete, two separate scrum teams began work to leverage our technology for their use cases.- Expanded Lucid’s data platform with versatile integrations, including Zapier, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR. Released external documentation of Lucid’s data service API.

Drove user-centric development and consistency across app and web products for AmEx’s award-winning community of entrepreneurs and influencers.- Developed launch strategy for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) test of a new communityplatform that exceeded a beta group member goal of 500 users.- Produced requirements based on user and stakeholder reports. Prioritized competingrequests and worked with designers and developers to implement 50+ features and bug fixes.- Directed ongoing development of OPEN Forum’s Content Management System (CMS), a highly customized WordPress platform controlling user-facing app and web interfaces.- Ideated, specified and led a three-sprint-long overhaul of the CMS that rectified bugs andinconsistencies accumulated over seven years of development by generations of engineers.- Strengthened critical cross-functional relationships by redesigning and leading teamretrospectives, generating quantitative data and action items after each new site release.

- Created an influencer program with power users that increased site engagement 20% using targeted outreach (newsletters, interviews) and incentives (access to AmEx events, articles).- Managed third-party moderation vendor to compliance. Led implementation on a tool that slashed unmoderated spam. Negotiated 10% savings in annual vendor contracts.- Cultivated meaningful relationships with OPEN Forum power users. Leveraged these users for product feedback on internal wireframes and development of new site features.- Mobilized a team of moderators, engineers and internal partners against a spam bot attack that generated tens of thousands of posts on the site in two weeks. Ensured that all posts were deleted within a three-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) and worked with two separate engineering teams to launch long-term solutions to prevent future attacks.
