As a Co-Founder, Creative Director, and Designer at R.J.S. Studio, my approach blends leadership with hands-on creativity. While I lead client relationships, oversee cross-functional teams, and establish design processes, I also maintain an active involvement in the creative process. By personally contributing to design work, I ensure that our projects benefit from both strategic direction and meticulous attention to detail. This hands-on approach allows me to collaborate closely with our team of professionals, guiding them towards the creation and implementation of impactful visual identities across all communication channels. As the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Sota+ startup, I've been at the helm of both strategic direction and creative endeavors. Leading a team of talented designers, I spearheaded the creation of our brand's visual identity and crafted a variety of products, including landing pages, marketing materials, presentations, and investor pitch decks. Demonstrating a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and product design, I ensured that every visual element and messaging resonated with our target audience, driving engagement and fostering connection with our brand. This dual role has allowed me to seamlessly blend creativity with strategic vision, propelling Sota+ forward in its journey of innovation and growth.

I adeptly manage various roles, from hands-on design to client collaboration and team leadership. Seamlessly transitioning between these responsibilities, I ensure the successful execution of our design process. Guiding our team and fostering creativity has been a fulfilling aspect of my role, as we strive for excellence and innovation in every project.

I took the lead in the graphic design realm, partnering with stakeholders and engineers to create and implement visually appealing marketing materials. Additionally, I crafted strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and client engagement. All of this was accomplished within tight project schedules and budget constraints.
