Managed, and supervised one national portfolio manager and two regional facility managers. Establishment and management of a new network of corporate office space, consumer and commercial lending branches, call centers and corporate offices throughout Mexico and Costa Rica. Directed the successful establishment, training and development of 85 turn consumer branches in 24 different cities, 2 call centers and 2 corporate headquarters worth a direct investment of $25 million in a 5 year period, employing over 1000 and positioning a Citigroup subsidiary as a pioneer and consumer lending operation in Latin America.Created and implemented company standards for expansion procedures, involving facilities management, landlord relationship protocol, architectural designing, ergonomics, construction controls, purchasing protocol, procurement budgeting and adequate marketing and signaling materials to achieve turnkey targets and optimal internal and external customer satisfaction.
