Jephthah excels in enhancing rural agricultural systems, supporting livelihood initiatives, and promoting gender inclusivity, underpinned by certifications from the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association and in Systems Thinking.As an M&E consultant with Musika and other development organizations, Jephthah has excelled in developing/strengthening robust M&E systems, analyzing complex data, and crafting impactful reports with actionable recommendations. He has significantly contributed to high-impact programs funded by SIDA, Irish Aid, WorldFish, Norad, and FAO, leveraging his deep understanding of market systems and program design. His contributions to journal papers on Zambia’s livestock industry and aquaculture highlight his commitment to advancing sector knowledge.
