At the end of October, I had my last day working at Nature Energy, it has been an unusual learning journey, and I am grateful for all I have acquired of knowledge, and proud of where we have brought the company and the sector together. Of course, it has been particularly interesting to work on the Power 2 Gas project, which is close to my heart.There have been several career highlights that have only succeeded with a remarkably good collaboration across the organization and our external partners – I will not name anyone, nor forget anyone. All the above projects has been cross organisational and with huge cooperation between the various functions inside the organisation. External supplier and consultants has also been a part of my daily management. During the projects I have gain a great knowledge about the processes and tools for the customers. I have done projects across the globe and I am familiar with working in cross culture projects and appreciate the nature of the difference.
