Passionate, driven, and creative geologist / geoscientist (M.Sc) with a diverse experience ranging from fieldwork, over data interpretation, to advanced geological modeling. Currently working on subsurface assessment for off-shore windfarms, this involves seismic interpretation, building geological models, and QC'ing data.Prior to this I worked three years in the upstream oil and gas industry in Norway and Canada, plus two field seasons in remote mining camps in the Yukon and Greenland.Through my studies and career I have worked within the fields of sedimentology, biostratigraphy, geochemistry, and geophysics, particularly related to offshore wind farm development, petroleum exploration and development, sedimentary basins, paleoenvironments, and sea level changes. In addition to that, I am well experienced in geoscience interpretation and modeling work with advanced software, and easily learn and adapt to new software. I am very comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international teams and always strive to deliver high quality work. My experience, creativity, and software skills enable me to confidently integrate knowledge, ideas, and data to solve geological problems. Besides being a team player, I am also a self-starter and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Colleagues describe me as honest, open, and helpful, and I enjoy sharing knowledge, networking, and finding ways to create value across organizations with colleagues and partners.Besides being a geologist, I'm an avid skier (former alpine ski instructor), I love hiking in the mountains and enjoy surfing and sailing whenever I'm close to the ocean.
