My role as a project manager in Four Design changed continuously through the years since Four Design went from in-house production to outsourced production.My main focus while we had in-house production was:- Everyday PTA-work for local production or for Danish and International suppliers, including trips to the UK and Polen.- Technical contact point for the sales team and development of special furniture, requested from sales, handling the process from creation, 3D drawing, testing to final production and usage.- Technical contact point for manufacturing partners in Australia, China, the USA, and the UK.- Product development of new product range, handling the process from early design ideas given by an established designer, to finished product in manufacturing.- Establishment of 2D and 3D drawings, montage and production guides on all products, and preparation for the big outsourcing process.My main focus changed a bit with the outsourcing, as my role became more towards product development, here my main responsibilities were:- Product development of new products and special products, handling the process from the designer’s ideas and drawings to finished product, with the usage of the Stage-Gate model principles. Including but not limited to; the creation of products, 2D and 3D drawings, concept development, montage and testing of prototypes, production and montage guides, and preparing final manufacturing.- Produce and manage the projects’ Design-brief.- Project manager of the project to convert every product into a 3D object (.3ds, .dwg, .obj, and .rfa), to be used both internally for photorealistic renders and for 3D files for sales, architects, contractors, etc. - Technical assistants to internal and external sales.- Technical assistants to manufacturing partners. Everyday programs would be Solidworks (with PDM system), Microsoft Dynamics Navision (ERP-system), Word, Excel, and occasionally Revit, Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.

I worked in the show WINTUK as an artist. I learned the show in Montreal (CA) and did around 75 shows in Madison Square Garden (NYC).I achieved a big understanding of the US and Canadian culture and learned a lot about working in a multi-international environment. Each show was on a stage in front of 2.500 - 4.000 people.
