My main activities as an independent consultant relate to IT system development , IT consultancy and technical business development and advisory. I help companies, organisations and individuals reach their true potential when it comes to IT related projects, including developing technical aspects of business strategies and improving existing solutions to be as beneficial as possible. My projects have included both website and apps - some of which have been rather innovative and absolute first-movers in their respective areas.

As Technology and Innovations Manager, my main responsibility is to assist People in Need (PIN) with the identification, integration and development of ICT into PIN programming; strengthening internal capacity with support for tech related projects, identifying and engaging with key partners, identifying reusable and replicable technical solutions and maximising potential for project scale-up and implementation.Amongst our projects are;- EWS1294: Award-winning low cost IoT flood sensors connect to an IVR platform with the capacity to send out warming messages to over 100.000 rural Cambodians- iTenure: Award-winning platform to support urban poor residents in securing land tenure rights.- mHealth: Voice based personalised health advice to support children in the first 1000 days of their life- Drone GIS mapping of flood prone areas with accuracy down to 1 inch- Emergency cash transfer system allowing large scale distributions (10k+ beneficiaries) using existing private sector infrastructure

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, I planed and managed the successful execution of assigned projects from start to end, ensuring satisfied customers, team members and positive margin. As the Lead developer for Mediaprovider, I reported directly to the Technology Director, and lead a team of 4 inhouse developers in Denmark (Copenhagen) and Sweden (Stockholm). The team's focus throughout my time at Mediaprovider was:- Migrating 15-20 medium to large APS and PHP websites to a common Java-based platform- Regular maintenance and further development of the websites sites- Applying latest technology to maintain the positions as market-leaders in Denmark and Sweden.
