Serves as the Company Operations NCO. Ensures that all communication and detailed information to operate the Company to success by mission accomplishment for 145 Soldiers. Effectively monitors, communicates and assists in enforcing mission critical production indicators, statistics, and solution plans.

Rifle Squad Leader in a Light Infantry Company; responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale and discipline of nine Soldiers; responsible for the individual training and maintenance of their equipment; primary instructor and advisor in the matters of tactics, personnel management and junior leader development; directs his Squad's tactical employment during offensive and defensive operations; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all assigned MTO&E equipment worth in excess of 750,000 dollars.

Selects and trains the 101st Airborne Divisions Precision Freefall Parachute Demonstration Team; conducts demonstrations across the nation in support of the Army Recruiting Command and the Division Public Affairs Office; plans and coordinates all approved demonstrations and ensures compliance with all Federal, Army, and United States Parachute Association regulations; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and professional development of five Noncommissioned Officers; managed a budget of over $150,000, responsible for the maintenance and accountability of precision freefall equipment and facilities in excess of $500,000.
