Responsible for running the National Recruiting Center for one of Impellam Group's most profitable practices - Corestaff Services. Involved with nationwide recruiting operations to service a number of different positions and industries that contribute to the growth of our clients. Our placements ranged from volume-based light industrial projects, mid-level office & administrative assignments, as well as manager/supervisor roles. In a mainly VMS driven model of staffing across a number of client needs, our team handled the recruitment operations life cycle - from intake calls, assessment of different projects and SOW's, assignment of resources based on client needs, source & recruitment, handling of interview/offer stages, running all required compliance once an offer has been accepted, and following through with weekly time sheet processing.
