I ensure the system is fully operational through a range of daily checks, resolving technical issues as needed. I train all users on the optimal ways to use and gather data from the software and serve as the second-level technical support when users experience problems. In addition to my administrative duties, I act as the data steward, ensuring our data is clean, complete, and usable, and manage a rigorous data maintenance schedule. I build and produce a wide range of custom reports that help uncover new insights and identify actionable steps for myriad business development opportunities, helping to connect the dots and revealing the full story behind our data. I enjoy finding new and innovative ways to mine existing data across the firm, identifying silos and creating methods to marry disparate data streams for enhanced understanding and building better positioning strategies. I often work with other data-centric roles, within and outside of my team, to accomplish these goals.I produce training and other content for numerous internal communications channels, including a CRM blog. As part of my training outreach, I developed and implemented a comprehensive training program, featuring short, interactive video modules, quarterly themed webinars, and step-by-step instruction guides on all aspects of the CRM system.Along with my CRM duties, I assist in producing a multitude of competitive and market intelligence reports that provide a vital foundation to several business development efforts, ensuring the firm has a full understanding of clients’ businesses, fulsome market intelligence and competitor analysis. I, along with my team of 2 other classmates, developed media goals, plans, and buys in a simulated campaign for the year-long senior class at the University of Memphis. We coordinated media strategies focusing on non-traditional and next generation marketing methods and heavy use of social media, which our research had shown was the best way of reaching our target audience. Our coordinated efforts and research helped the team win second place in regional competition.

During summer breaks from school, I helped the Executive Director prepare for the Tennessee 3-Star Award evaluations, plan and execute a survey of local industry, give tours of available industrial sites and other daily activities. I also attended area economic organization meetings and helped promote Hickman County's industry, economy and the community as a whole.
