In addition to my administrative duties, I act as the data steward, ensuring our data is clean, complete, and usable, and manage a rigorous data maintenance schedule. I build and produce a wide range of custom reports that help uncover new insights and identify actionable steps for myriad business development opportunities, helping to connect the dots and revealing the full story behind our data. I enjoy finding new and innovative ways to mine existing data across the firm, identifying silos and creating methods to marry disparate data streams for enhanced understanding and building better positioning strategies. I often work with other data-centric roles, within and outside of my team, to accomplish these goals.I produce training and other content for numerous internal communications channels, including a CRM blog.
