In some cases we will take an interim role in the company, invest or assist in funding.We have been involved in a wide range of projects including bringing a US based computer game development company out of receivership paying the receiver $60,000 out of a $5.4mm demand, consulted on pre-opening strategy for the Houston Texans, developed a pre-season attendance strategy for them that set an all-time NFL pre-season attendance record, advised/consulted/invested in over fifty projects ranging from start-up/early stage, consulted and/or invested in over thirty five hotel projects, numerous real estate and oil & gas projects among others. Prior to forming Growth Advisors Int'l. I was Sr. VicePresident of Administaff, now Insperity (NYSE:INSP), where I played a key role in growth and strategic planning and helped guide the firm from its early start-up days to a publicly traded firm on the NYSE (ASF). I also served as our lobbyist for the State of Texas when we passed legislation to provide a regulatory framework for our industry.I served on the Advisory Council of BBVA-Compass Bank, Chaired the Advisory Committee at the University of Texas School of Nursing, served on the Board of the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce, President of Houston-Perth Sister Cities Association, the Mayor's International Affairs & Development Council -Asia/Australia, Board of Advisors AIESEC-Houston the largest student run exchange program in the world operating in 125 countries. We also work closely with QuantumPotatoSoftware a Chattanooga/Houston based IOS blockchain, smart contract, app and game developer for iPhone, iPad and Android.

I was selected by the President of BBVA, Houston, to serve on the Board of Advisors to provide feedback on what was happening in the local business community, attend and represent the bank at select local events, secure new clients, and assist in developing select current clients.

Prior to forming Growth Advisors he was part of the early Administaff management team serving as VP of Marketing and later as Sr.VP of Business Development where he played a key role in strategic planning and helped guide the firm from its early start up days to a publicly traded firm on the NYSE (ASF), now Insperity (NYSE:INSP). During his decade-long tenure with Administaff, Mr. Broussard led marketing effort and strategy to establish Administaff as the dominant brand and market share leader, developed a pre-opening strategy for new markets that was instrumental in attaining a 42% brand recognition in every new market entered at the end of the first 12 months, led the company’s lobbying efforts on both the state and federal level, initiated and designed the concept for its e-commerce effort and negotiated and established alliances with key business partners, including American Express and Dell Computers. The alliance with American Express doubled Administaff’s stock value in two weeks raising the price from $22 to $44 and was one of the largest generator’s of marketing leads.
