Appointed to lead strategic direction, global expansion and sales for premier options pricing, risk and execution platform that powers the trading, risk management and analytics needs of professional traders, market-makers, brokers and financial institutions. Led operations for New York and London offices. 10 direct reports. Participated in all Board of Director meetings.• Increased revenue by over 20% in 2013 and 2014, expanding the customer base in North America and Europe. Initiated, negotiated and closed the largest strategic initiative (valued at $3M) in the company’s history. • Partnered with CEO to create pitch deck; secured a multi-million dollar investment from Edison Ventures, a financial technology venture capital firm. • Planned and implemented European expansion in London, including all operations, strategy and recruitment.

Designated as Executive Management Committee member charged with oversight of day-to-day operations and administration. Assisted CEO in all aspects of the business including defining corporate objectives, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and board relations. Chosen to build and lead a team to optimize and derive value from CME’s portfolio of 11 equity investments and strategic relationships. Initial focus was on Green Exchange LLC (GreenX), a syndicate between NYMEX, Evolution Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc., Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, Tudor Investment Corp., ICAP, RNK Capital, Vitol SA, Goldman Sachs, Spectron, and TFS Energy. • Created the infrastructure and implemented the business plan for GreenX including: global strategy, technology, human resources, corporate governance, sales, marketing, and facilities.• Transitioned business from ‘funded concept’ to ‘company’; primary point of contact prior to hiring a CEO.• Planned and oversaw the migration of environmental commodity futures and options from the NYMEX regulatory umbrella to GreenX.

As employee number one, launched the first Middle East energy-based futures and options exchange. Reporting to the CEO, accountable for business development, sales, marketing, corporate communications and advertising strategies to ensure seamless scalability. Transitioned from a NYMEX secondee to full time employee. 11 direct reports. Routinely interfaced with the Dubai Financial Services (Regulatory) Authority.• Established the initial framework of the exchange from setup to launch. • Created membership structure and drove membership sales process; enlisted over 70 world class companies and generated over $20M in revenue. • Led branding, communication, web presence and customer outreach strategies; DME was named “Exchange Newcomer of the Year” and “Best Asian Energy Exchange” in 2008.• Participated in the ‘working group’ that developed the Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract, leading to the historic shift by the Governments of Oman & Dubai to DME based pricing.• Planned, executed and participated in the DME global road show which introduced the trading and exchange community to the DME and the Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract.
