• Leading and assisting ECAS Consultants with the implementation of BIM at a project level with model assurance and reporting;• Leading, attending and contributing to project meetings.• Mentor and support staff and project teams in model and content creation, ensuring correct data and data structure• Advise Project Directors / Project teams with regard to BIM data best practices• Support the development of company BIM standards, and update as necessary• Lead R&D in identifying and implementing areas of new technology and process• Provide support to the tender bidding teams in order to win future projects• Continuing development of in-house BIM capabilities within ECAS Consultants BIM Centre for Excellence team• Understanding of design, BIM and procurement, and its application in planning and construction management• Oversee BIM deployment in the context of the project programme• Provide a BIM management lead role for a project or series of projects• Create and Distribute key action reports• Ensure BIM standards are being followed in ECAS Consultants• Review multi discipline clash detection reports and lead clash detection meetings• Advise project stakeholders on data exchange methods, and create model exchange schedules• Liaise directly with project stakeholders• Oversee administration of project BIM coordination process• Up to date knowledge of BIM technology and interoperability standards / good all round technical knowledge and enthusiasm

• Overview your team members, balance the work load, coordinate with Project Manager all necessary tasks.• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement• Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standards• Support project standards coordination and Collaboration with Consultants and Clients• Schedule all activities within your team and follow up.• Plan necessary resources and make sure all activities will be done in time.• Carry out performance reviews on a regular base.• Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and design mechanical components and complex assemblies based on product concept, prototyping and customers specification.• To carry out design calculation, create designs / drawing documentation which meet customer requirements and specifications and the relevant standards and regulations.• Modification and redesign of existing systems including update of construction/production drawings, parts lists and documentation.• To interface and coordinate with internal and external parties such as sub-con partners regarding Vendor component, machining works and others drawings.• Always incorporate design optimizations for all design and drawing.• To comply with software development workflow process and documentation & maintain proper design documentation according to company and project specific standards.• To prepare project design documents for Project Manager ‘s approval and release to production for manufacturing, assembly and engineering works.• To prepare and compile all the design drawing documentation for submitting to customer.• To prepare design presentation and decision documents for various committees if required.

• Clash Detection and Coordination of other services on Naviswork• Create and/or modify existing engineering designs and models• Ensure drawings and designs meet project deadlines• Administer drafting & engineering resources for projects for delivery and workload• Responsible for time management on projects• Manage drawing production from a design drafting perspective• Quality Assurance - Ensure drawings are to set company standards• Plan and coordinate workload to the drafting team• Mentor for draftsman• Creating Technical Drawings using Revit and BIM System• Create and/or modify existing engineering designs and models• Ensure Electrical Layouts and Single line drawings are tally• Ensure drawings and designs meet project deadlines• Design & detail drafting - Covering all disciplines• Quality Assurance - Ensure drawings are to set company standards• Drawing Checking – Covering all disciplines• Responsible for time management on projects
