Being a member of a technical group. We continued to organize seminars and workshops. Making contact with the person presenting as well as management was a wonderful experience. The events were successfully linked.

During my tenure at NLC India Limited, I had the invaluable opportunity to work under the guidance of Sir Alex Mahiban, the Chief Manager of the Specialized Mining Division (SMD). Over the course of two weeks, I gained hands-on experience and insight into the intricate processes involved in brown coal extraction. This experience allowed me to observe firsthand the various types of Specialized Mining Equipment (SME) and Conventional Mining Equipment (CME) utilized in the industry.My time at NLC India Limited provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the methodologies employed to approach and manage the lignite bench. I was able to see the strategic planning and execution of mining operations, which included the use of advanced machinery and techniques to efficiently extract lignite. This practical exposure has significantly enhanced my knowledge of mining operations and equipment management, and I am eager to apply these skills in future endeavors.
