Design Engineer I: • Estimation for prospect Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) Projects as per customer request for quotation with their reference drawings and bill of quantity (BQ’s). • Preparation of fabrication, assembly and erection drawings for Tube Bundles and Steam Drum (HRSG) and designing with the use of applicable engineering software in compliance with international standards (ASME B&PVC, JIS, & PED 97/23/EC). • Preparation of 3D model using Solidworks for Tube Bundles and Steam Drum (HRSG) for the preparation of drawings and interferences detection. • Shop Coordination during fabrication to prevent fabrication errors. Developed a design manual of Steam Drum Internals Standards used on several existing and future HRSG projects.

Parts Engineer I: • Quality assurance study for mass production of metal and plastic parts. Proposal study for die and parts. • Die Specification optimization. • Die set up meeting for discussing specification, schedule, and die maturity adjustment. • Join trial session and optimize condition and parameter. • Instruction on die NG points and correction method. • Office management and coordination with the other departments towards die passing rate- up.
