Mission Plastics North A Division Of Peterson Mfg.

Mission Plastics North is a division of Perterson Manufacturing, we are a custom plastic injection molding plant. I was hired on as a machine operator and held that position for 4 months, before i was promoted to material specialist and did that jobs for about 3 years. I then got promoted to Injection Mold Die Setter / Crane Operator and held that position for 2 years. I also was a backup for the warehouse during this time. After making numerous improvements to the mold change procedure and dramatically reducing the mold change time, I was promoted to Lead Injection Mold Die Setter / Crane Operator. I have been doing this position for the last 13 years. I have 5 employee positions under me at I am responsible to train and manage. I have also been the back up section supervisor for over 10 years, consisting of starting up and troubleshooting various molding issues. I am overhead crane certified, forklift certified, lock out/tag out certified, and am also first responder certified which includes being CPR certified.
