 Overseer of Sutherland Global Services (Camarines Sur & Legazpi site) handling 49 security personnel  Supervise guard mounting activities with the Detachment officer; inform or remind guards of instruction of clients and headquarters, check of their daily post assignment or any deviation from published guard duty detail, and to inspect the physical condition and mental alertness of guards prior to position.( include; recruitment deployment, training, orientation )  Member of Internal business intelligence (IBIN) Sutherland Global Services. Acts as Operation assistant;  Conduct interview to the applicant guards planned to be deployed inform the Senior Operations Manager and get his approval.  Prepare endorsement letters to guards prior to posting and issuance of assignment order to returning guards from leave or suspension and Duty detail order for deployment. Conduct inspection to guards before they are deployed Uniforms, paraphernalia, hair cut, and bearing. Issued memoranda and disciplinary actions with approval from the Senior Operations Manager to erring guards LOGCOR personnel of CAT Bicol; responsible of safekeeping and deployment of firearms, handheld radio and other equipment. Assist Cougar Integrated Services Inc.  Inspectorate tasking of Naga / Daet Cam Norte Cluster; ( TINSSI, TSIA, JSIA,LISI )Inspect the following document; Duty detail order, LTO, RLM license,  Member of Internal business intelligence (IBIN) of Sutherland Global Services. Submit daily report to the Senior Operations Manager from night time inspection  Issued memoranda and disciplinary action with approval from the Senior Operations Manager to erring guards  Ensure the serviceable of firearms, handheld radio, and other equipment of different Detachment  Conduct monthly rank / tactical inspection( Uniforms, paraphernalia, hair cut, and bearing of guards) Assist of safekeeping and deployment of firearms, handheld radio, and other equipment  Assist supervise of Sutherland Legazpi

 In-charge of the overall security operations within the Detachment. In-charge of the implementation of Security procedure base on the company rules & regulations. Responsible for connecting communication with client SGSPI and El TIGRE Head Office regarding their comments, suggestions & operations. Responsible on updating Security Supervisors & Guards in procedure & directives from the client SGSPI & EL TIGRE Head Office, (handling 40 security personnel). Responsible in preparing administrative requirements for client SGSPI & EL TIGRE Head Office every 15th & 30th day of the month with regards to Security Operations and updated tracking of the Security status. Responsible in finalizing and preparing all the reports and documents as required by client SGSPI and EL TIGRE Head Office. Assistant of the CCTV / Systems Operation and monitoring including storage of CCTV DVD back-ups.

 Act as the Commander in the absence of Detachment Commander. Co In-charge of the evaluation of each Guard. In-charge of encoding all reports/ requirements as directive by the Detachment Commander. Responsible in updating all El Tigre and client requirements every 15th and 30th day of the month, (handling 40 security personnel). Conduct daily guard mounting Perform other duties as directives from Superior Officer, Client, Head Office and the Detachment Commander.
