Create FAI, visually inspect parts for any defects & measure parts to a blueprint and shop standards. Buy off first part and work with leads and the shop to create parts to drawing. Check flat pattern using a Planar, preform Rockwell and conductivity measurements. Create FAI forms through Net Inspect.

Check parts against color sample & audit sheets. Preform visual inspection for any defects.

Worked with production leads, supervisor and workers to buy off first parts, operations and final products. Create dimensional as well as 9102’s form 1, 2 and 3. Preform in process inspection and final inspection, create C of C, receive in parts from outside vendors and check certs.

Responsible for inspecting and measuring incoming parts from outside and inside sources. Assist other inspectors with daily tasks such as filing, creating paperwork to send parts out for additional manufacturing processes, or assisting inspector with measurements.
