I am skilled in managing subcontractors and vendors, preparing accurate reports / documents, controlling inventory, and performing complex troubleshooting on the jobsite. I have excellent skills in leveraging organizational, interpersonal, and motivational talents to collaborate with owners, architects/ engineers, and permitting officials to produce optimum results. I am an engaging presenter and skilled communicator with an aptitude to cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver technical solutions. I am comfortable and excel in high pressure and fast-paced atmospheres while resolving critical issues and do this while maintaining a professional attitude. I have proven capability in streamlining operational processes, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and identifying and resolving critical problems to meet organizational demand. I equipped with keen attention to details and steadfast commitment to high standards of professional excellence. I have strong aptitude to thrive in today’s fast-paced environment by building relationships, thinking outside the box, demonstrating flexibility, and leveraging an innovative mind-set.
