Train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need. Responsible for coordinating the assembly and fulfillment of Deliveries and Will Calls, working with the dedicated Associates such as Pullers and Loaders. Organize and monitor the Delivery schedule and work with Drivers and/or Third Party Logistics (3PL) to ensure that it is followed and that the customer's needs are met.
