As change manager within this Service Integration contract, Jeroen is responsible for monitoring (end-to-end) and managing all changes within the Traffic Management chain. Jeroen is Subject Matter Expert (SME) of application portfolio analysis. It is often difficult for customers to get and keep a good overview on their existing application portfolio. This makes complex issues such as conversion and rationalization difficult to answer. Jeroen has much hands-on experience in helping to get this overview and supporting follow-up actions.
