Supporting them in peer facilitated circles to train and heal themselves to step into better lives of accountability, responsibility, service, connection, and personal power. Created online LAMP based community portal focused on providing and managing resources and training for men's emotional growth support groups.

Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Amazon AWS cloud based world-wide infrastructure for the MusicHub application for the Samsung Android (Galaxy) phone platform. Managed the func and chef based management and Opsview and Splunk based monitoring and reporting systems.

Part of the multi-year 'Rewire Program' to migrate thousands of computers and services from high-cost low efficiency rented data centers to high-efficiency Yahoo designed and owned data centers. I order a couple of petabytes of very reliable disk drives and a bunch of servers to make them all appear as one monstrous bucket so you can store stuff like your photos, email, images, avatars and lots of stuff in that mysterious 'someplace in the internet cloud'.

Staff the NWTA experiential training weekend for MKP, educating men on issues of personal integrity, responsibility, personal mission, stereotype awareness, empowering language, and emotional literacy. During 9 staffings have held multiple support, presentation, administrative, and mentoring roles. Witnessed the huge empowering transformation of many men.

Primarily focused on managing 140TB of NetApp online disk storage, monitoring, and management. Significant grooming of LDAP host repository and host status monitoring tools. As first member of the department under the director, created processes, workflow, and customer support infrastructure. Designed and authored perl/Mysql based customer support system including case management, email communication, knowledgebase, bug system integration, and executive reports.
