I am a traditional filmmaker and virtual reality writer, 3D sculptor, and animator. I write, produce, and direct; and I lead teams, manage projects, and come up with innovative ways of reaching audiences. I am the creator of the world’s first 360-3D animated narrative created entirely IN virtual reality FOR virtual reality - LIGHTNING: A VR STORY.I am also a film instructor and guest lecturer. I currently teach screenwriting and narrative storytelling at my alma mater, the Los Angeles Film Studies Center and have led screenwriting and directing seminars all over the world, in partnership with The Global Short Film Network and the Visual Story Network. My first feature film, Vacant House has won numerous festival awards for screenwriting, directing, acting, and best picture. Vacant House is currently being represented by Green Apple Entertainment and is being distributed domestically and internationally.I have co-authored two books on writing for short films – The Inside Out Story and Master of the Cinematic Universe: The Secret Code to Writing in the New World of Media, and I am currently writing my third book about the deep psychology and spirituality of cinematic characters. I am also a seasoned Photoshop and After Effects artist.
