(Activation of TMG Programs, Survey, Etc.)• Assist on Preparation of Sales And Marketing Events Materials.

• Assist the PM/SPM/GPM in processing documents. This includes keeping track of documents being routed for signatures or comments, screening and prioritizing documents, following through – making sure that outgoing correspondence reach their destinations This also includes maintaining a filing system • Assist the PM/SPM/GPM in conducting meetings by scheduling with participants, booking the venue, preparing materials and refreshments. • Assist the PM/SPM/GPM in logistics if necessary, ie shipping of promotional materials, documents to regions• Assist in preparing reports, data, etc. May attend some meetings, seminars, etc. to take notes, minutes, or to provide information. May type correspondences occasionally.• Perform standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mails, answering phones and ordering supplies.• Assists in submission of Admin matters – liquidation of cash advances, petty cash, Purchase requests, and fleet checkups. • Receive visitors and screens telephone calls.• Keep sensitive materials in confidence.• Observe and implements established policies and procedures.• Maintain work place of PM/SPM/GPM neat and orderly *Conducts product training and Orientation in some events.*Coordinate with Local Supplier for marketing materials and marketing Support for sales team.*Coordinate with Event Organizers for Upcoming exhibits and events.
