Alongside this, I have gained extensive experience in managing and working with Microsoft's cloud services and admin centers.In my current role, I have specialized in Microsoft Intune, where I have implemented and managed device administration for Android, Windows, iOS, and macOS devices. This includes configuring and maintaining compliance and configuration policies, as well as deploying applications such as Win32, Android, and Apple VPP apps. My work in application deployment has also involved learning scripting languages, primarily PowerShell, and to a lesser extent, Bash and AppleScript.Through IT support tasks, I have gained familiarity with Active Directory (and Entra ID), computer and peripheral installation, maintenance, and support. This experience also includes working with Exchange, SCCM, M365 Admin, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and managing leasing devices and device registry.I have also been involved in virtualization technologies, particularly with vCenter and Proxmox environments, and I have pursued personal projects related to virtual machines and virtualization technologies in my free time.I am particularly interested in process automation and cybersecurity.
