Prior to working in the start-up world, I worked at Amazon where I led two new businesses (Prime now and Amazon Logistics) through launch and growth stages. I led four separate market launches of Prime now businesses in Seattle, LA, Chicago, and SF. Prior to Amazon, I worked in venture capital and investment banking where I focused on analyzing companies, markets and deals through the use of financial modeling and research. During my time in the finance world, I gained valuable technical experience that I would later use in my current operational roles.My career started as an operational leader in the US Army where I led teams from 4 to 150 people.
